According to Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province, the main business income of Hebei electronic information industry reached 242.74 billion Chinese yuan, up 12.0% year-on-year from January to November. Among them, the main business income of the manufacturing industry was 184.32 billion Chinese yuan, accounting for 75.9%, with a year-on-year increase of 14.6%. The main business income of the software industry was 58.42 billion Chinese yuan, accounting for 24.1%, up 4.6% year-on-year.

From January to November, there were 974 enterprises in the electronic information industry in Hebei province, with a year-on-year increase of 151. Among them, there were 514 manufacturing enterprises, an increase of 86 enterprises year-on-year, and 460 software companies, an increase of 65 companies year-on-year. There were 202,000 employees, up 1.9% year-on-year.

From the perspective of major industries, the photovoltaic industry has maintained rapid growth, benefiting from market demand and economies of scale. From January to November, the photovoltaic industry achieved 51.38 billion Chinese yuan of main business income, up 38.0% year-on-year. The main business income of the new display industry was 23.58 billion Chinese yuan, up 16.7% year-on-year. The main business income of semiconductor related industries was 18.4 billion Chinese yuan, up 10.8% year-on-year. The main business income of the information technology service industry was 35.78 billion Chinese yuan, up 12.5% year-on-year.

Economic benefits have increased steadily. From January to November, Hebei province’s electronic information industry achieved 23.16 billion Chinese yuan in profits and taxes, up 13.9% year-on-year. Among them, the manufacturing industry achieved 18.03 billion yuan of profits and taxes, up 25.1% year on year. The profit of the whole industry was 16.48 billion Chinese yuan, up 12.6% year-on-year, and the revenue margin was 6.8%.

Foreign exchange earnings from exports maintained a rapid growth. From January to November, Hebei province’s electronic information industry earned 4.06 billion US dollars in foreign exchange through export, up 18.2% year-on-year. Among them, manufacturing exports earned 4.01 billion US dollars, up 20.4% year-on-year.
